We specialize in pre-treating and powder coating all types of castings, sheet metals, extrusions, bar stocks, and custom manufactured parts.
Unlike conventional liquid paint, powder coating is a dry-coating process used to finish metal products. Powder coating uses a polymer resin applied with an electrostatic paint sprayer.
There are many benefits of powder coating. Compared to conventional paint, the powder coating process creates a finish that is more durable and more resistant to scratches and wear and tear. It holds up well to corrosive materials and physical impact.
Maximum part size should not exceed 42 inches long, 34 inches wide, and 32 inches high. Additionally, parts, including tooling and racking, should not weight more than 150 pounds.
